East Coast Major Cities: 1–5 business days after dispatch
Outer Cities & Suburbs (including Adelaide): 2–7 business days after dispatch

Please note: Couriers advise to allow up to 10 business days for delivery. While most orders arrive sooner, we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe due to courier control. Drivers do not call or text prior to delivery.

Excluded Delivery Locations

We currently do not deliver to the following areas:

  • Northern Territory

  • Tasmania

  • Western Australia

  • Some rural and remote areas outside capital cities

  • Off the Australian mainland

  • PO Boxes

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually shipped within 24 business hours (same-day processing in most cases).

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (except for Austral products).

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping (when applicable) applies to most major cities. If you're in a regional or remote area, additional charges or depot collection may apply based on the courier's policy. This is extremely rare, however may be a possibility.

Delivery Protection (Optional)

For a small additional fee, our Delivery Protection gives you extended flexibility and peace of mind:

  • Damage Reporting Window: Extended to 72 hours (standard is 24 hours)

  • Return Period: Extended to 60 days (standard is 30 days)

Highly recommended if you're ordering ahead of time or need extra coverage during delivery. 

Returns & Refunds

You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery (60 days with Delivery Protection), excluding Made to Order and Special Order items.

Returned items must be in resaleable condition, including original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect item sent).

Important Notes:

  • Made to Order products (Air Dry range) and Special Order products are not returnable

  • Contact us for a return request before sending anything back

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • You’ve received a faulty item

  • Your order is incorrect
