The general rule for installing a clothesline is to position it 50 to 100mm above the head of the person who will be using it most.

Fixed Head Rotary Clotheslines
Fixed Rotary Clothes Hoists are one of the most well-known Clothes Hoists on the market. This is because the style was made famous by the Hills Hoist, which today is still one of the biggest selling Fixed Hoists in Australia.
Their robust construction and metal wire make them one of the toughest clotheslines on the market. Their large line space also gives hanging space to easily hold a queen sheet and king sheet.
Being a fixed head clothes hoist they are not able to be folded down when no in use.
