While you can still place orders 24/7 on our website, our team are taking a break over the Christmas period.
Please see below information for current delivery times and Christmas/New Years closures.
Current Delivery Times:
Couriers are experiencing delays over the Christmas and New Year period and have stopped collecting parcels for 2024. They will resume collections on 30/12/24.
Metro deliveries: 1-10 business days
South Australia & Rural deliveries: 1-15 business days
As always, couriers do ask for a maximum of 10 additional working days on top of the quoted times for a worst case scenario delivery.

Installation teams:Â Varies by region, most teams will be back by 12/1/25
The standard time frames provided on our website for deliveries and installation services will not commence until the applicable team has re-opened.
You can still place orders 24/7 on our website, orders installations will be completed on a first come, first serve basis.Â
Please note, there may be a back log of deliveries and installations after the break. So enquiries, deliveries and installations may take slightly longer to complete.

We are still manufacturing and despatching orders daily, some may arrive prior to Christmas, however it is best to plan for any new orders to be delivered in the new year.
Installation Cut-off Dates:
We have now reached Christmas cutoff for installations. All installations will now take place in the new year.
