Our sales team and national distribution centre is based in Wollongong, NSW which is just south of Sydney and where we ship the portable product from.

Yes, you can use a portable clothesline outdoors! Many are specifically designed for indoor and outdoor drying, crafted with durable materials like galvanised steel, aluminium, and UV-resistant plastics to withstand harsh weather conditions. However long exposure to the harsh elements will take the toll on the products.

However, if it’s particularly windy, we recommend either bringing the clothesline indoors or securing it firmly with weights or sandbags to prevent it from tipping over.

Keep in mind that some smaller models, like the Brabantia hanging rack, is intended for indoor use only. Be sure to check the product details and user manual for guidance to ensure you’re using it correctly.

Delivery is FREE on all products. However please refer to our shipping page for more details on the areas we service.

The majority of the portable clotheslines require assembly, we have videos on how to do this for the Hills products in our How To section.

Services like Hire a Hubby or a local handyman may be able to assist also.

Your stocked Clothesline will be shipped the same or next business day!

Your clothesline will be shipped using a courier. We use a number of different courier companies depending on parcel size and location, for more information please feel free to checkout our shipping page.

It is perfectly normal for your parcel to arrive in seperate deliveries. Although most of the time we ship your order together, items often get separated in transit.

It's best to hang tight for a few days for the balance of your order to show up. You can always reach out to us at any time and we can check that everything is happening as it should for you.

We supply a large range of Australian and International brands, these include household names such as Hills, Austral, ArtWeger, Glow, Air Dry Ready Made and Air Dry Made to Order, KitchenMaid and Brabantia to name a few.

Pickups are not avilable for the portable clothelsines range.

We accept a range of payment options, these include Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Poli Pay, AfterPay and Bank Deposit.

These will be available at the end of the check out process and we don't charge any transaction fees.

We sure do, we're happy to provide a quote for insurance purposes, strata, price comparisons or commercial applications. Our team do this remotely and we do not attend site for a quote. Our team are more than happy to provide advice on what you might need.
